At Candoo, we uphold the highest standards of quality and service in everything we do. Our Candoo Confidence Guarantee is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction:

If a customer expresses dissatisfaction with any aspect of a job completed by a Candoo Franchisee, our Master Franchisee will swiftly assess the situation and address any concerns to ensure the job meets our quality standards.

In the rare event of a disagreement regarding the job’s quality, we’ll collaborate to engage an impartial expert, at our expense. This expert will provide an unbiased assessment, and we’ll follow their recommendations to rectify any identified issues. We’ll cover all costs associated with fixing the problem to ensure customer satisfaction. We will also provide the next like to like service at no cost.

If the expert states that the work is of quality, then we invoice the client for the work completed and charge 50% of the expert’s invoice.
